The Indonesian Chess Federation (PB PERCASI) has announced the TELIN CHESS International Tournament 2011 to be held from 1st to 7th April 2011 in Jakarta - Indonesia (and this will be followed three days later by the Thailand Open Chess Championship from 11 to 17 April 2011 organized by Bangkok Chess Club).

2. Time Control and Format
FIDE Rated, 9 Round Swiss System (Accelerated). Rate if play is 90 minutes for the whole game with 30 seconds increment for every move starting from the first move. Zero-Start shall be applied.

4. Venue and Official Hotel
The tournament will be played at the Graha Citra Caraka, Aula Pangeran Kuningan, Jalan Jendral Gatot Subroto Kav.52, Jakarta, Indonesia.
The official hotel is the 4 star Kartika Chandra Hotel, Jakarta, Indonesia.
5. Registration and Entry Fees
The closing date for entries is 30 March 2011. Grandmaster, Women Grandmasters, International Masters and those rated over 2400 will have free entry.

2300-2400 USD 100
2200-2300 USD 200
2100-2200 USD 300
2000-2100 USD 400
For Indonesian players, national rated over 2300 entry fee is Rp. 500.000,-
